Who @cyberpunks are

Our website address is: https://cyberpunkhardware.co, we also own .com and .org. Cyberpunk Hardware tries to be as decentralised as possible. At the moment we congregate, coordinate and develop on the online platforms linked to this website, eventually, we plan to have a strong human network and reputation with multiple markets and development run by nyms around the world. The best way to stay in the know is to chat with us.

Our dirty terms

Who do we share your data with?

We don’t share data. On the website, we use WordPress on a hosting service, WooCommerce, Alby, LnBits and BTCpay server. That’s it. if you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

We encourage all internal communication on Shinx Chat rather than Telegram.

How long do we retain your data?

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Customer data

We only keep records of customer data long enough to satisfy customer needs (delivery, refunds, etc.). After 120 days from the purchase, the customer records will be automatically deleted, including shipping details.
We do not allow our customers to create accounts to our store for security reasons.

Shipping and handling

When the stuff leaves our stores, they are always packed with preservation and fast delivery in mind. Unfortunately, we need to rely on a network of third parties that include national post offices, so the delivery times may vary. You can see the estimated delivery time for your selected shipping option in the shopping basket. We are constantly working on finding better, more secure and more affordable options for you to choose for your purchase. Note that you can now purchase a tracking code for added security.

Refunds and replacements

We recognise that there is a risk of a loss of the shipment somewhere along the way. If this happens to you, kindly get in touch with us to find out what we can do to help you. In the case of a lost shipment, we will not refund you, the item would need to be returned to the sender. We start the re-fund processing after 120 days in transit after which we consider the shipment permanently bounced or lost.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

F** cookies
